This page describes how we prepare and review job listings and exam notification summaries before publication.

Source hierarchy

  1. Official notification PDF and employer or commission apply portal.
  2. Official corrigendum or addendum on the same portal.
  3. Reputable secondary sources only when the primary source is temporarily unavailable (we still aim to link the primary source).

Field checklist (jobs)

  • Post title, recruiting body, location, vacancy count (if stated), reservation notes (if stated).
  • Key dates: opening, closing, fee payment, correction window.
  • Apply URL points to the official application path.
  • Schema (JobPosting) is validated where used; expired listings are handled per site policy.

Human review

High-impact or ambiguous notifications receive human review before publish. Automated drafts (when used) remain drafts until approved.
