- Translate research into finance- and policy-oriented recommendations, regulatory reforms, and incentive structures.
- Guide strategy, partnerships, and resource mobilisation for integrated public transport and clean mobility.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across government, private sector, and institutional partners.
- Deliver complex multi-stakeholder projects; manage budgets and commercial contracts.
- Support business development and advisory or technical service contracts.
