- Contract / tenure: Full-time, 40 hours per week; based in Chennai with travel to project cities as required.
Key requirements (from official notice)
- Prepare project strategy with implementation and monitoring/evaluation frameworks.
- Lead research on electric mobility, bus systems, rapid transit, shared mobility, and urban freight.
- Prepare operational plans, TORs, feasibility reports, policy briefs, and gap assessments.
- Support governments and public transport authorities on BRT and bus prioritization projects.
- Manage associates and monitor project performance against deliverables.
- Provide technical assistance to stakeholders; collect and analyse transport data with agencies.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, surveys, and capacity-building programmes.
